Sony announces NEX-3, NEX-5 variable camera lens system

Sony Malaysia has its first ultra-compact interchangeable lens system, digital cameras, the NEX-3 and NEX-5, weighing 300 g each announced. The NEX-3 and NEX-5 enables users to take quality photos with new digital SLR 14.2 megapixel APS Exmor CMOS image sensor and high ISO sensitivity up to 12,800. The NEX-5 also offers Full HD video recording in the AVCHD 1080i format, while the NEX-3 records HD video in MP4 format.
